PE-RT floor heating pipes

(1) Lightweight, easy to transport, install, and construct.(2) It has good flexibility, and its bending radius can be as small as 5 times the outer diameter of the pipeline. Making it convenient and economical to lay, the use of pipe fittings can be reduced during pipeline construction through methods such as coiling and bending, thereby reducing trial construction costs.(3) When the pipeline is bent, the stress in the bent part can be quickly relaxed without any "rebound" phenomenon, which is convenient for construction operations and avoids damage to the pipeline at the bend due to stress concentration during use.(4) The friction loss inside the pipe is small, the hydraulic characteristics are good, and the ability to transport fluid is enhanced.(5) The brittle fracture temperature is low. PE-RT pipes have excellent low-temperature resistance, so they can be constructed even in low winter temperatures, and there is no need for preheating when bending pipes. This can solve the economic losses caused by the inability to construct due to low winter temperatures in northern China.(6) Good chemical corrosion resistance, non rusting, and long service life.(7) It has good environmental adaptability and can be safely used for at least 50 years under the conditions of low-temperature hot water ground radiation heating.(8) Good impact resistance, capable of hot melt connection, forming an integrated pipeline to avoid dripping and leakage.(9) Good heat dissipation performance, thermal conductivity of 0.4W/(M/K) is equivalent to PE-X, far higher than 0.22W/(M.K) of PPR and 0.17W/(M/K) of PB. It can save a lot of resources in heating applications.(10) It is a green and environmentally friendly product that can be recycled and reused without polluting the environment.
